Enel X S.r.l., with registered office at Viale Tor di Quinto 45/47 00191, Roma RM, Group VAT number 15844561009, is the Data Controller of the processing of personal data collected in the webinar registration form. These data are collected for the purpose of allowing the data subject to register and attend the webinar and, if the data subject consents, for the communication/promotion to the data subject of products and services offered by companies belonging to the Enel X perimeter.
The provision of personal data for registration and attendance at the webinar is voluntary, but is a prerequisite for participation. Refusal to provide such data will, in fact, make it impossible to carry out the operations necessary for the interested party to register and participate in the event. Moreover, the interested party may freely consent or not to the use of his/her contact data to receive communications regarding products and services of the Enel X perimeter. Enel X is present in different Countries and, depending on the scope of the initiatives carried out, your Personal Contact Data may be managed at central and/or local level by the relevant Enel Group company that provides the value-added services in your Country.
The personal data collected for registration to the webinar will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the management of the event itself. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be deleted in the absence of other purposes justifying their further storage/processing. In the event that the data subject also consents to the processing of his/her data for the purposes of communication/promotion of products and services of the Enel X perimeter, the data will be kept until the consent is withdrawn.
Your Personal Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located within the European Union. The same Personal Data may be processed in countries outside the European Union, provided that an adequate level of protection is ensured, as recognized by the European Commission's adequacy decision. Any transfer of Personal Data to non-EU countries, in the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, will only be possible if adequate contractual or pactual safeguards, including Binding Corporate Rules and standard contractual clauses, are provided by the data controllers and data processors involved. The transfer of your Personal Data to third countries outside the European Union, in the absence of an adequacy decision or other appropriate measures as described above, will only be made where you have explicitly consented to it or in the cases provided for by the GDPR and will be processed in your interest. In these cases, we inform you that, although the Group adopts common operating instructions in all the countries in which it operates, the transfer of your Personal Data may be exposed to risks related to the peculiarities of local legislation on the processing of Personal Data.
