Job Title: Chief Executive Officer at Enel X

Description: in Enel since 1997. He started as Head of Administration and Control of Enel S.p.A., then he hold the position of Head of Audit for Distribution and Market and later Head of Sales Administration for Market. In 2009 he began his experience in Green Power and then he became its CEO in 2014. Since 2017 he has been CEO of Enel X with the aim of being a leader in the energy sector by promoting sustainable and innovative solutions.

Alfred Hildreth

Job Title: Global Energy Manager at General Motors Company

Description: Alfred Hildreth is global energy manager for General Motors, focusing on reducing operations’ carbon, energy and water. He holds a patent for an energy forecasting model and is co-author of “Analytics for Smart Energy Management,” a college textbook on energy management. Hildreth earned a BS in Engineering from Oakland University and a MS in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic University. He is a Certified Energy Manager.

Job Title: Managing Director – Group Operations at SEGRO 

Description: Paul is the Managing Director – Group Operations for SEGRO. He has responsibility for the strategy, and operational delivery across a wide variety of functions for the group including Procurement, Sustainability, Health and Safety, Customer Management, Property and Asset Management, and Community Partnerships. Prior to SEGRO Paul was a member of the Boots UK Executive, and the Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) Global Innovation Leadership Team and was responsible for leading the Boots UK and ROI transformation activity, including key strategic initiatives of Digital Retail, Digital Healthcare, Loyalty, Store of the Future, and Integrated Supply Chain. He also had additional responsibility for the Environmental, Health and Safety, and Store Development teams.

Job Title: Head of North America at Enel X

Description: With a career path ranging from launching startups to leading a $4 billion dollar business unit, Panditi is never afraid to take risks and branch into unchartered territories. Prior to joining Enel X in July 2019, Panditi was General Manager at software development company, CA Technologies. His background includes executive level leadership roles at Cisco Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Service Provider Networking Group, overseeing strategy, engineering, and marketing direction for service provider networking platforms. He has also served in executive and advisory roles for several start-up companies including.

Maxfield Weiss​

Job title: Executive Director at CDP Europe 

Description: Maxfield leads all CDP’s activities in Europe as Executive Director to drive environmental disclosure, insight and action among companies, financial institutions and local governments, and manages the CDP Europe team and operations. Prior to this role, he held the position of Director Corporate Engagement at CDP Europe, and was previously Vice President of Insights for CDP North America, leading intersectional research and impact work for all CDP stakeholders. Outside CDP, Maxfield oversaw the environmental supply chain responsibility program at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), creating the world’s first supply chain management program based on climate science, leading to his recognition on the 2018 Environmental Leader 75 list of elite environmental managers. He was also an international regulatory policy analyst for the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Edgar Costa

Job Title: Head of Sustainability at SEAT

Description: Edgar Costa has a degree in Law and a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Compliance. After 4 years at the multinational professional services company KPMG, Costa started his career at SEAT in the Legal department. Until 2017 he was executive assistant of former CEOs Jürgen Stackmann and Luca de Meo. In March 2019 he was appointed head of Sustainability at SEAT, a position he combines with being the Environmental Compliance Officer.

Giovanni Sorlini

Job Title: Head of Quality, Safety and Sustainable Development at Inalca

Description: He started his professional career in Inalca, where he still works as a manager responsible for Quality, Safety and Sustainable Development. In this role he has created the management system of these activities, acquiring the relevant certifications of compliance with the technical standards of the sector. He has also developed innovative industrial processes in the processing of agro-food waste and LCA - Life Cycle Assessment - studies on national beef supply chains. He has held positions as Board Member in companies operating in quality control in the food industry (INCA, Consorzio Carni DOC). He currently holds the position of Managing Director of SARA S.r.l.. He is a member of several technology platforms operating in the national context and similar international organizations active in the field of sustainability in agriculture and livestock. He is responsible for national and EU research projects in the fields of waste recovery and circular economy.

Renata Mele

Job Title: Chief Technology & Innovation Office, Senior Vice President Sustainability at Leonardo

Description: Renata Mele is Senior Vice President Sustainability since September 2020. She leads the sustainability strategy and the project portfolio at global level. Starting her career as researcher at University of Milan and National Institute for Nuclear Physics, she then joined Pirelli Group as R&D Manager at the Pirelli Labs. She joined Enel Group in 2007 as Head of the Environmental Studies for the Key Infrastructural Projects. As Deputy Director at Enel Foundation she led research programs on sustainability and innovation; in 2018 she was appointed Head of Strategy at Enel X e-City.

Eliano Russo

Job Title: Head of e-Industries at Enel X

Description: Eliano has got more than 20 years’ experience in the utility area with a strong focus on renewables, business development and strategy. Since June 2017 he is Head of e-Industries in Enel X where he is responsible for managing the B2B solutions on a global scale, as well as growing the customer base both in existing and new countries. Before joining Enel, Eliano has been working 8 years in E.ON. He was also Board Member of EMIC (E.ON-MASDAR INTEGRATED CARBON Limited), the Joint Venture established by E.ON and MASDAR to develop energy efficiency projects in the Middle East and in South East Asia. Before joining the E.ON Group - between January 2009 and April 2004 - Eliano Russo was Head of Carbon Strategy for the Enel Group.

Nicolò Donati

Job Title: Head of Customer Insights at Enel X

Description: Nicolò has more than 15 years experience in the power and gas markets with a strong focus on renewables, business development and market design. He joined Enel on September 2017 where is responsible for managing the Customer Insights product line of Enel X. Previously, Nicolò had been working for 10 years in Poyry Management Consulting, as a Principal in charge of the Energy Services and Optimization solutions, and for 2 years in a Trading firm active in the Carbon trading business.
